Trace the yellow wire back to the ECU.  Both of these wires go through a connector (which is usually red), after which the yellow wire continues as a solid yellow wire, sometimes with silver spots on it.  It is that yellow wire that will provide the RPM signal for your HM Quickshifter GP.
