During the whole process, of copying content from my "thought organizing tool" to my newly-created Dr.Explain pages of my project, I could see that the Table of Contents takes care of itself.  If you rename or reposition topic pages, the table of contents page always reflects the current layout.  Awesome!  One less thing I don't have to spend time on.
