Here, I took the previous screenshot (which I left "un-massaged" so you could see it), and took a few minutes to "massage" it -- I deleted callouts I didn't need, moved the remaining callouts around, adjusted some of their names, and re-numbered them.  And just to illustrate what a typical documented window might look like, I added short descriptions in the sections below for each callout.  This whole process took a little over 10 minutes, including writing this paragraph.

"Save in" Drop Down

Use this drop down control to select where you would like the file list to be focused.

This list displays already existing files in the folder being displayed.

"File Name" Combo Box

This is called a "Combo Box" because you can type your file name directly into it like a text box, or use the button on the right to display a drop down list, from which you may select from a history of of previously used file names.

If you can save your file as more than one type, you can use this drop down list to select which type of file you want to save to.

Once the folder and file name are as you want them, click this button to save and exit the dialog box.
