For illustration, I let Dr.Explain capture this Save As... dialog box with its default Screen Capture Settings.  The below is what Dr.Explain produces.  It took me less than 10 seconds to capture this screen (yes seconds!).  This is before the "massage" step in which I would refine the callout names, remove callouts I didn't need, possibly re-number them, and add descriptions for each in the sections below.  However, I decided to leave this one "un-massaged" so you could see what Dr.Explain produces at this step.  Note that this produced a sub-window called "toolbar".  Toolbars are set in the default Screen Capture Settings to generate a subwindow with its contained buttons documented in that subwindow.  Time cost for the below plus subwindow:  10 seconds from start to finish.
