Step 3 -- Complete TODOs

Next I searched the entire help file for any remaining TODO's that had not yet been addressed, and addressed them.

Additionally, I went through the entire document from top to bottom in CHM Preview mode and read it all in sequence, confirming all the intended content was there, and all the needed links were in place and worked (all links worked right the first time, and continued to do so throughout the project).  To help with this, if you try to delete a page that has a link to it from another page, Dr.Explain lets you know about the existing link.  Once a page was complete, I clicked on the "Completed" status in the Properties area for that TOC element, in the lower-left corner of the display.

I found utilizing the Page Status made taking interruptions a lot easier, since it was that much easier to track where where I left off.

Note that the Table of Contents is now all green because for each topic I completed up to this point, I set its status to "Completed", signifying that I have not left any "pending" bits behind regarding content or links up to this point.
